Warranty Service

We eliminate manufacturing defects and malfunctions caused by the manufacturer under the warranty service program. During the repair process, we perform diagnostics, parts replacement, and device testing.

However, it is important to note that the warranty does not cover failures caused by:
  • Improper use

    – such as the use of unsuitable or non-original consumables, incorrect settings, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s recommendations.
  • Mechanical damage

    – impacts, drops, or foreign objects entering the printer. In the case of the print head – the use of low-quality cards.
  • Tampering with the device

    – attempts at self-repair or modification of the equipment.
  • Unsuitable operating conditions

    – exposure to moisture, dust, extreme temperatures, or power surges.

Exchange and Return Policy

Please read our exchange and return terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Return of defective or damaged products.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Our team will inspect the issue and, if confirmed, arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations.

2. Return of products in good condition.
Products that are in good working condition and free from defects are not eligible for return or exchange, especially for technical and electronic equipment.
Please make sure to consult our specialists before purchasing to ensure compatibility and suitability for your needs.

3. Return procedure.
Contact our manager via phone or email with your order number and product details.
  • The manager will guide you through the verification process and provide instructions for return or service, if applicable.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
4. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
